Taking advantage of great weather this weekend (but being to lazy to climb a mountain) EJ, Jim and I elected to hit up Clear Creek Canyon’s Ice. After driving up and down the canyon a bit we discovered that only Mickey’s Big Mouth appeared to be worth climbing. When we arrived at the base of the climb (7:25AM) we had the entire flow to ourselves. We each took a lead on the lower flow (WI3) and then, as more parties arrived at the base, we elected to move to the upper flow. We each took a couple of leads on the hooked-out upper flow (WI2+) and called it a day.
