I got a text from Jim at 5:15 A.M. stating that it was -9 degrees in Fort Collins . . he was wondering if we were still climbing in the Big T. . . of course we were. It would however be an abbreviated climb. We only got 5 climbs in (Jim: 2 leads and 1 toprope / Wes: 2 Leads) until my “Dry” rope completely froze. The rope cut our day short because we couldn’t get it to feed through our belay devices. Still a good time.
